Job Description
Compensation : $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Cambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Assistant Property Manager to become a part of the organization. This is a part-time position, 28hrs per week, Tuesday - Saturday.
Summary
In this position, you will oversee the daily activities including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration, and policy & procedure compliance. Although living onsite is not required, working from the site management office is a requirement.
