Deliver audit and other assurance services to privately held and publicly traded companies Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and respond to questions Perform substantive testing on client balance sheets and income statements Test internal controls for deficiencies and discuss improvement recommendations Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs Network and build strong internal and external relationships with clients Build work relationships while gaining valuable experience Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related degree in business Sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the state being considered Outstanding academic performance required Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel Demonstrated time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) No immigration sponsorship is currently available for this position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in delivering audit and assurance services, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
