Leading the patient experience strategy for the respiratory portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Patient Experience will manage the integration of patient access and reimbursement capabilities, ensuring alignment with brand priorities to enhance patient and provider journeys. Key Responsibilities Lead the PAR relationship with the respiratory portfolio, integrating cross-functional partners around the patient and provider journey Develop and implement patient experience and access marketing strategies in collaboration with brand partners to address access barriers Design future-state patient and healthcare provider journeys, defining service model requirements across PAR capabilities Required Qualifications Doctorate degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role or leading teams/projects Experience in patient access, access marketing, or related healthcare fields Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization Strong understanding of US payer dynamics and patient access barriers
