Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.

• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups.

• Assist with setting up and managing business tools and online accounts.

• Organize documents, maintain records, and update shared task trackers.

• Communicate with service providers and other business contacts.

• Share regular progress updates and flag issues that need attention.

• Support additional projects as business needs develop.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently based in the United States and eligible to work as an independent contractor.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, online research tools, and common business applications.

• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

• A professional approach to handling confidential business information.

Previous experience in administration, virtual assistance, customer support, operations, or e-commerce is helpful. You don’t need experience in every area to apply. We value reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
