. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish. Remote Travel Coordinators use established booking platforms and travel resources to assist with reservations, itineraries, and overall travel logistics. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages

Assist clients with travel planning and destination recommendations based on their preferences

Organize and maintain detailed travel itineraries and reservation confirmations

Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and availability

Provide guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications

Assist travelers with questions or itinerary adjustments when needed

Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple travel requests and details simultaneously

Customer-service mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with online systems

Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or logistics

Previous experience in customer service, travel planning, hospitality, or coordination is helpful but not required
